Newbie questions seeking veteran advice

Hello all.

So I am relatively new to PE (had a short stint with it a couple years ago but gave up quickly because I bought into several gimmicks and didn’t see gains very quickly). I am about a month and a half in to the Newbie Routine, which I have been slowly ramping up to finally having 10 minutes of manual stretching and about 150 wet jelqs 2 days on 1 off every week. I have a few questions that I hope could be given some insight into.

1. I have gained about .125 in both length and girth over the past month and a half, and I intend to continue the newbie routine for the full 3 months, and possibly longer contingent on the gains that it may bring me, but I would like to know if I would have any benefit at this point with supplementing 12-15 minutes of my old bath mate I had from my original go-around into my routine on my working days, as far as would it provide any benefits at all (flaccid or erect, vascular, etc.), or is it more or less a novelty and would I just be better to use the 15 minutes daily for that elsewhere?

2. Should I continue to add more manual stretching and more jelqs weekly onto a much larger number, or is there some point at which I should taper off if both length and girth are my focus and I am still relatively unconditioned? (Ex stay at 10 mins stretching, don’t go over X amount of jelqs per day).

3. Being relatively tall (6’4), a large flaccid would be of incredible importance to me as a normal sized one for your average sized male still looks quite silly with long legs. Are there any specific exercises that someone of a beginner level would be safe and knowledgeable enough to do for flaccid length and especially flaccid girth, or will these just come as an aftereffect of long periods of PE?

Thanks in advance, I know I could probably answer all of these questions with a search of PE gym and Thunders, but I would much prefer to have fresh, up to date knowledge to see if any ways of thinking have changed since 2010 and beyond.

I recommend you search, as basic questions don’t have huge changes. It’ll get you more complete answers.

1. If you are seeing gains do not ramp up your routine. PE is for Enlargement. If you are seeing gains, ramping up can easily slow them down or stop them colD. Your goal isn’t benching a Buick with your dick so look for gains then ride what works. Don’t always look for more stretching or jelqs as the goal.

Rule #1: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

2. See the answer to question one.

3.Flaccid size is an after effect of most pe. Reports indicate the jelq still leads in generating that.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.
