I work about 50 hrs a week so I really do not have time to PE. Besides privacy is kinda hard to get at my place. I was wondering, can I use a penis pump, then use a cock ring to help with growth?

Pumping is a time-consuming method of PE, and it’s definitely not one you can do well without a lot of privacy. Likewise with hanging. You might want to try combining a quick jelqing and stretching routine with an all-day stretching (ADS) device.
