Hi.

So I decided to start PE almost a week ago, even tho I’m scared to death of injuring myself. I’m doing the Linear Routine someone on this forum made.
Are there any newbies here who did only jelqing (and stretching), without any pumps, clamps etc.. Who got some gains? I would like to get in contact with you guys!

I gain over 1 cm in length in 3-4 months from stretching.

I did a newbie routine for 6-8 month’s (as I will always give something at least a half a year) and I did. Without a doubt. Stretching jelqing, squeezing. Needless to say there was adequate warm up with a heating pad before and after. When I started I was just a little longer than my iPhone 6s. So 6 inches in a good day. 9 months later I have a picture of me stretched and erect with 2 cock rings on at just over 7 inches!

Hardcore discipline, dedication and diligence.

I’m doing this one: Linear Newbie Routine

Currently on my 4th workout tonight, I’m doing 1 day and 1 day off. You? How long are you doing PE, which routine and any results?

The newbie routine was by far the most productive time doing PE. I think I jumped to soon into advance exercises. My gains slowed way down almost as soon as I started advanced exercises. I think I am still on pace to hit my goal of 8X6 by the end of 2020. The thought of that would of been unbelievable to me when I started this commitment 11 months ago. I know heat and proper rest is the main ingredient for my progress.

A little history, I pumped for about 5 years, but that was 24 years ago. I didn’t keep record back then, but think I was close to 7”X 5.5” when I stopped. When I started in the beginning of February 2019 I only measured once before starting and I was 5.75”. My erection quality was on par with my age of 56. Now at 57 it is as good or better then it was in my 30’s.

Wow. That is truly inspiring. You’re 57 and still at it. And have better erections than when you were 30? That is so cool. I plan to keep at it for sexual health just like I plan to keep at other physical exercises. How long did you do the newbie routine for before switching to “advanced exercises”?

It has been a crazy year, I am going through a divorce but still having regular sex with my ex. There was about 5 months we didn’t have sex with each other. Now we have sex regularly because we both feel it has never been better. She tells me my size doesn’t matter, but her comments during and after tell me it does. I understand you can’t base a healthy relationship on sex, but sex is a huge part of the relationship we have now.

I did the newbie routine for 11 weeks and gained more then twice what I have gained in the last 9 months.

Very interesting. Being married myself I can fully agree that sex is so extremely important. Which is why I think PE makes sense. Working out for the way you perform! Personally I didn’t get too many gains from the newbie routines I did for 6 months. I guess I did get some, but maybe it was time and consistency which were the real reasons for gaining.

The gains were truly beyond my wildest dreams. I really gave up on believing I could grow. The years I had pumped I had no advice like available here, and I always used way to much pressure and time. I had blisters serval times and I always had edema for hours after. Funny thing was when I quit watching porn I was not bothered by my size, and my wife never gave me reason to believe she wanted more. When she said she wanted a divorce my insecurity returned and thank God I found Thunder’s Place!

I just started using a pump 2 weeks ago and I’m not sure how much too much pressure is. I’m doing 3 see if 5 min but have zero reference for too much pressure. I’m using a hydroxtreme bathmate pump. My first set I barely use pressure at all and try to feel it in my base and public are. He later sets increase pressure. Any thoughts or comments?

3 sets of 5 minutes is a good start. Make sure the water is hot and as you start doing longer sets use a heating pad.

With out a gauge you are flying by the seat of your pants and its hard to establish a plan with regular progression. You should be fine just take it easy and watch for discoloration.
