Any specific routine for newbies on PC Flexes/Kegels
Hey guys. :)
I’m just wondering if there are any routines out there for newbies on PC Flexes and Kegels?
I’m thinking about doing them sometime at night and start off with 50 flexes with a 5 second hold on each. Then every week adding 5 reps to that.
How does this sound?
As a side note, I don’t know when anyone here does them but I used to do them right after a PE session but was recommended not to. I think this makes sense because then my PE sessions would run quite long. Am I right on that?
