Anyone Else Still Use Standard Jelq Grip?

Seems like not many guys use the standard grip (palms facing up) for jelq but personally I love it.. Anyone else use it or am I a dying breed?

Most use the pinch grip to avoid damaging the urethra via too much stress.

Just discovered this forum yesterday and was wondering if the pinch grip was the same as the “c-grip” as illustrated in those dry jelqing videos?

Also what grip is recommended for beginners, and which ones for girth, as I am mainly looking to add girth.

C grip and pinch grip are similar; the point is generate a direct pressure on the sides. In the beginning stage the best way is to become confident with the technique, and the best way (in my opinion) is start gently.
