Anyone ever tried ADS or Hanging without routine

I’m trying to find something that I can do without getting the lube and cramping my hands up that actually works. Has anyone ever just tried ADS or Hanging and noticed gains?

Do you mean like hanging without anything else in a routine? There are plenty of people (including myself) that have gained from just hanging alone. For the time being, I do jelqing along with hanging, but before that I gained with only hanging as well.

More than a few members have reported gains from just using an ADS device or an extender, as well.

Don’t use lube for jelqing use a quality lotion when it dries up and leaves your unit feeling very dam nice I have been using lotion on my cock and balls before I began pe a year ago. I’ve always heard that that was just flaccid gains and I’ve never heard of erect gains. I’m really only looking for length. I never measured but I have had to throw away multiple sheets due to girls bleeding from the ‘nis’ and it’s just not fun anymore. Do you guys know a good length gainer?

ADS for flaccid, extender for erect length. I’ve yet to gain with it, but I’m currently using the extender for 2 hrs a day to supplement my hanging (along with half hour of jelqing). The extender, if you ever try one, gives you a substantial stretch for a prolonged period (hour at a time, till fatigue gets too much). You’d be suprised at how good the stretch can be.

With that said, is there an extender that I should use? I am really looking for something that I can wear at work. I sit in an office all day and don’t do too much moving around. Do you have any recommendations?
