Are gains permanent?

Are gains permanent?

Hello guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I would like to know if gains are permanent. I still haven’t started, I am interested in girth, mostly.

I’ve read and I understand that if you stop the exercises you’re supposed to lose a little bit of what you’ve gained (hence why people are asked to “cement” the gains) but I don’t know if, over time (say, months, or years) the gains are lost permanently or remain with you.

Might sound like a stupid question but I was wondering.

Thanks

If you stop PE, you may loose part or all of your gains. PE is for life or until you give up. :-)

Current: 7.5 BPEL, 6 BEG, 5.5 MSEG, 5 NBPFL, 5 FG, 8.25 BPFSL

Long term goal: 8 BPEL, 6 BEG, 6 MSEG, 5.5 NBPFL, 5 FG

Hey Tally!

Welcome to Thunders

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info. Lots of good information on what Thunders is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercises

After four years a stopped actively pursuing PE and only do it several times a week now. Five years after slowing dow, I am still the basically the same size, though I may have lost about 1/8 inch in length.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Keep the motivation, you can find lots of guys here in Tp who had had gains and maintain them after some breaks, read all the site and make your own research.
There will be people that might say the opposite but trust the ones with real gains l, you can learn from them

That completely depends what gains you got. Size can be increased in few ways:

-Injury and fluid build up. It’s not even gains, it’s just natural body reaction. But people do see increased size for some time (sometimes up for few days).

-EQ. We can develop our circulatory system and muscles which control that. As result we get 11 out of 10 erection, so our length, girth and hardness becomes better. But as any other muscle, without some maintenance it can go back. Like at least once/week for 5-10 minutes.

-Elastic stretching. Penis and near tissues are quite elastic. Think about that as splits exercise. Usually when people stretch enough to be able to do splits, they can repeat that in future without practice.

Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.
