Are kegals neccesary to length and girth gains

I ‘m sure that kegels are not necessary for length/girth gains. Though, I think kegels are mainly done for erectile enhancement.

I’ve done kegels for just a few weeks, and while they don’t seem to affect gains, they greatly improve orgasm control. A person can pretty much choose when to cum after even a few weeks of kegels.

I have never done kegels, but I can fuck for hours without cumming, and then I can cum within 30 seconds when I decide that I’m ready.

You know, this question was just asked two days ago: Do you need to do Kegels. If you new guys aren’t going to use the Search button (top right of every page) you could at least scroll down the posts in the Newbie forum before you ask the same questions again.

Kegeling has made mine firmer and redder(rather than previous dark purple) one.
