The last 2 mornings I have hung I can’t get my flaccid all the way flaccid (it’s plump and won’t subside to completely flaccid) I wrap and hang a light 5 minute set and it’s ready for the workout. Have any other hangers ran into this?

Or does anyone see any problem with this?

Step one is do the newbie routine and save the gadgets for later, become more aware of the nature of your penis also and the newbie routine will also assist you with this.

Does your plump mean fuller and thicker or do you mean somewhat firm ,sides of penis feel somewhat tight?

Usually from what I’ve read and experienced have a fuller more plump penis after a workout is very typical and not a bad thing , as long as its not lymph fluid build up that some of the pumpers experience or what someone might experience after a clamping session. Have you done the newbie routine?

Yeah did newbie routine for 2 months maybe a little longer then started hanging a little over 3 months ago.

Just being a little to cautious I guess. Haven’t made it above 4 lbs yet either.

Anyone out there clamping early on ? Got any injuries ?

It’s not just about injuries.

Clamping toughens/strengthens the tissues so much that after clamping, no other girth method will provide enough stress to have any effect. So if you are looking to gain much girth, do every other method you can first, and only resort to clamping when nothing else is giving results.

I started clamping too early and had to take a year off PE to allow the tissues to de-condition, and even then they re-conditioned fast when I started PE again. I recon I added at least a couple of years to the time I should have taken to get the results I wanted, all because I started clamping too early.
