I’m only telling what my unit reacted on stretches. I tried 5mins jelqing everyday for a month before i added stretches so its clear stretches caused me temporary loss of EQ be it just for 1 or 2 days.

about that veins that was common term i used for any lymph vessel or vein u often see. anyway i was only saying if you feel any loss of EQ then adjust accordingly (reduce duration/intensity)

Thanks for the input guys. Although it’s hard to fight some days I’m relaxing and only working it once a day on work out days. I’d rather not risk any negative side effects and build from there. I’m at the 6.4 -6.5” x 5 mark. Really shooting for that 8 x 6 goal so trying my routine on a leash! I’ve noticed as well that a good number of members seem to plateau, drastically slow or even cease in gains after the 2” gain is made. Any thoughts on this? Is it UNUSUAL to gain more. Shooting for 8 but admittedly want more like 9!

Base Girth?

Started PE a couple of weeks ago and was wondering which exercises were best for increasing base girth? If I keep on doing the beginner routine, would the base girth also improve?

Clamping and pumping can both boost base girth well. I’m not sure why clamping does since people clamp at the extreme base, but most people report increased base girth with clamping as well.

As far as manuals go, I can think of Horse 440’s and maybe Uli’s.

I got a question. What exactly happens with PE? Are you stretching the ligs, thereby pulling out the hidden/inner penis like so many say, or are you actually breaking cells down causing new cell growth resulting in a longer and thicker penis? Thanks.

Lots of things are happening is the short answer.

Stretching the ligs: you can do this, but what you get isn’t a pulling out of the inner penis, that is anchored inside your body to the pelvic floor. Longer ligs create a lower exit point which translates to more penis being exposed outside the body. Look here:

Notice how the internal penis has a "kinked" or s-curve shape as it travels along the pelvic floor then up towards the pubic bone before finally exiting the body? Stretching the ligs straightens this kink by allowing the penis to exit lower. This, combined with the natural inward curvature of the body as you go from your pubic region down between your legs, means that more of the penis will show outside the body. This is why penis lengthening plastic surgery involves cutting the suspensory ligaments.

Tunica stretch: the fibrous sheath that surrounds the erectile chambers of the penis can be permanently elongated and expanded as well, leading to permanent increases in the length and girth of the penis that is outside the body already. Anecdotally, however, these gains seem to be a bit harder to achieve when compared to lig lengthening.

Cell breakdown: this is absolutely not what you want to achieve, and is an antiquated model of tissue increase in general. When you stretch you are either causing true plastic deformation (collagen fibrils slipping and/or breaking, not allowing tissue to contract all the way to its original size after a stretch) by creating higher magnitude strains with high stresses, or fibroblastic synthesis (fibroblasts within connective tissue reacting to strains and making more collagen, migrating, and proliferating). The second type of permanent elongation/expansion happens at all strain levels above about 3%, that is why low force, long duration stretches (as with extenders) works for permanent increases in size as well.

Most likely a combination of several factors: lig elongation, tunica elongation, increased elasticity in tunica and ligs, stronger pelvic floor muscles and increased circulation.

Please don’t bump threads. You’ve tried it and it works for you. If it works for you, then do it. Although it isn’t the usual way of jelqing, (so could maybe be called something else) quite a lot of people use one hand to ‘clamp’ blood in the penis while they jelq with the other. That’s fine too.
