No to the first two questions. This is my second marriage. Just remarried Nov. 1st. Also have three little ones. I started PE about a month ago now on a modified newbie routine of sorts. This is gonna be a bit long. So PE for me started with a Bathmate Hercules. I got one and started using it immediately. The 1st 2 weeks it was 2 days on, 1 day off at max pressure. I learned a valuable lesson from my lack of knowledge and experience. I then began reading all I could here. Jelging, stretching, clamping, you name it. I looked at the newbie routine. Mind you, I have a plan.
Because it is difficult for me to gain an erection without visual or physical stimulation not coming from my own hands, jelqing proved difficult. So, wanting to gain some girth, I looked to my trusty bathmate but, with a new found theory. I read a post here about the two spots within the vagina that can only be reached with a length of 7.5+”. BAM! That’s 1. Also, my penis is much like my stature - tall and skinny. 2. Hence why I crave girth.
What I did was substituted moderate stretching in place of jelging. I wake up in the mornings and in the shower, I’ll do 2 - 3 stretching exercises with moderate force at a minute a stretch. I do another session at night in the shower again before I go to bed. I warm up with a washcloth and my showers are very hot. I also massage my penis gently before I get out of the shower. I then use my bathmate twice a week. Moderate pressure now at 20 - 25 minutes. So my stretching routine is every other day with the weekends off.
What I am trying to accomplish is, gain a bit more length so I can give my wife those deep body shattering vaginal orgasms. I am basically using the bathmate to try to stimulate better EQ. I’m 37, once in a while I get that ridiculously hard erection like I was 17 again. I’m fairly healthy and athletic. When I want to fuck, every erection should be like a diamond. It’s the consistency I seek.
I don’t know if it’s going to work out for me yet. It’s been two weeks now. I hang a little longer. Still pencil dick flaccid and erect. If been edging as well in hopes of desensitizing myself from porn. If I can get and maintain an erection from that, I’ll attempt jelging once more and switch my routine.
