I first did the Newbie Routine, but I realized that the 200 jelqs and 30-second stretches were too much to handle. After that I just took a two week break, not doing anything, just letting it rest. After that I just restarted with the Linear Routine, though I chose to do 5-second strokes.

About the jelqs. Firegoat and I have been posting this in years. It is better to do 30 high quality jelqs than 50 regular jelqs. Too much jelqing can become a chore and can bring you EQ down. You can do 30 in the morning and 30 at night. To much can be just that, Too Much.

As of 1-2-2015. 7.75 BPEL 5.6 EG. Beginning PE today.

I hit bottom, but I want to hit it just a bit harder, so 8x6 be my goal.
