After i had injured myself and my lt ball ached nuch, i took a pause for 4 weeks.
Now i do 2 days on 1 off
5 min warmup
120 jelq to 150 jelq- 20% erect or less
about 10 min stretching only downward.
Takin it easy now.
Still didnt loose my gains and it started to improve again
