Hi guys, I have been reading recently about ballooning but I can’t really get the idea. And also I have a hard time with those reverse kegels. Can someone simply describe how to do it right ?

From what I have gathered, edging is masturbating and reaching just before the PONR over and over again, or even staying as close to that zone (where you are almost at the PONR) as long as possible.

Ballooning is essentially the same thing, but a bit more technique involved. You want to stay as close and in the zone for as long as you can, while needing to stimulate your penis the least bit possible.

There is a very special area that ballooning will familiarize you with if done correct. It’s at the very base of your penis on the top side, where it can be very sensitive once found. You lightly caress it with your thumb and lightly caress the bottom of your base with your pointer finger at the same time.

Once you have found that spot and feel the sensation, it is much easier to stay in the zone, and the added benefit is involuntary kegels that you will experience, this is where the ballooning really happens because your in the zone, yet simultaneously kegeling even more blood into your penis which creates maximum expansion, and will make your head very shiny and hard.

Took me a little while to find and get to know this experience, but it is pretty cool, feels amazing, and clearly is a step up from regular edging.
