I think to gain the base I need an extra lig pull on both side, SD pull both ligs at the same time, thus dividing the weight, while SL & SR just put the whole weight on single side.
I work mornings and nights so, for a 60 minute day workout, I warm up, do a 15 minute session, then rest for about ten minutes and then I do another session and I am done for the morning. I do the same at night. It is a very feasible routine.
Every angle can be good to “divide and conquer” but it depends a lot on the type of weight one uses. To me, working different angles with 15 pounds is too heavy, but as I can manage to work with that weight SD, for as long as I keep seeing some results, I will continue.
Also, I think that base girth also needs tunica to expand, thus, I am not sure working solely on ligs will do the job.
