Bath mate vs Clamping ADS routine
Hi there.
I am wondering about one thing. I started PE around 8 months ago. Firstly I was Jelqing, then after few months I tried with Bath mate. Can see real difference in gains.
Now I’m moving into Clamping and All Day Stretching. And here it is my question-
In your opinion, is it worth to mix Bath mate with Clamping? F.e. Bath mate- 3 days per week, Clamping 3 days per week.
Is it worth to do so, or should I focus only on one excercise? If yes, which one do you recommend?
And lastly, is it safe to stretch around 8hours per day with ADS, and then do a Bath mate/Clamping?
What are your thoughts on it?
