Stretching Clamping Same Routine.

I don’t mean putting on a clamp then trying to stretch your unit, I mean a routine were if you clamp and stretch in the same routine can the clamping impede on your length. What I mean is should you stick to a routine were you are trying to get longer first then add clamping once you have reached your length goal or visa . I’ve read in the past that you can have trouble growing longer in you are clamping at the same time but have never been to sure about this.

I read somewhere about a guy doing a hanging then clamping right after routine, and he was making good length gains. It makes sense to me if you think about it because you are first stretching the cock out and then forcing a shit load of blood into it.

I might have to try this. Never really thought about hanging/stretching and right after do some clamping or pumping. I will have to try that tonight.

I always stretch after I clamp…it makes sense to do it that way to me.

12/26/07 NBP = 8.625 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.50 Volume = 20.82 (+35%)

Yes I have seen your pics. I think stretching before and after is good. If only my skin was indestructable.
