Stretching Clamping Same Routine.
I don’t mean putting on a clamp then trying to stretch your unit, I mean a routine were if you clamp and stretch in the same routine can the clamping impede on your length. What I mean is should you stick to a routine were you are trying to get longer first then add clamping once you have reached your length goal or visa . I’ve read in the past that you can have trouble growing longer in you are clamping at the same time but have never been to sure about this.
