Clamping vs. jelging vs. stretching

I have been doing various forms of PE for about a year now. I have seen some gains in both flaccid and erect states. I have just recently heard about squeezes or clamping in which case the base of the penis is simply “squeezed” off for a period of time.

My questions are :

1)how does this increase penis size

2)should this be done in conjunction with a jelqing/ stretching routine

3)has anyone seen solid gains from “clamping” alone

4) what are the benefits/ risks to clamping (I certainly don’t want my penis to quit working)

5) does anyone have any suggestions for incorporating clamping, jelqing, and stretching into the same routine

Seeing as this is my first post ever, hopefully other people will chime in, but this has been my experience over the past couple months. Figured I’d jump in and offer up the things that I’ve “learned”. Hopefully other people will debunk anything wrong I say. So before following what I say, make sure you do your own research and get other opinions, but here goes.

1. Penis size is increased by forcing extra blood into the cells while restricting the blood flow out. The more blood you can kegel into the cells, the more they will expand. Do this enough times over an extended period of time and the cells will grow larger, similar to a dry jelqe.
2. Definitely. I do all three.
3. Can’t really say. Most likely the only gains you’ll see from clamping alone is in girth. But the area under the clamp will not gain at all, ie. Baseball effect. Something you’ll probably want to avoid. The first time I clamped I was scared as shit because the clamp area was very noticeably smaller than the rest. That’s when I started hanging. Made all the difference. The base is finally starting to be close to the same as the rest, I’ve always had a baseball bat shape, unfortunately the head is still smaller than the rest as I’ll explain later. My ex gf loved that it was smaller, much easier to insert, then my girth does the rest.
4. The problem with clamping is that you’re also restricting blood flow into the cells, which is needed to be new nutrients and O2 into the cells. It’s not much of an issue if you only clamp for a few minutes at a time. If the head starts getting cold, it’s time to release the clamp and start again after getting the blood flowing again.
5. Here’s my routine. Get the HOT bath running. After getting a full hardone, I back off and wait till he’s pretty flacid, but still got a enough blood to make do a good jelqe. After a 10 or so pull and release jelques I do 10 or so pull and holds. Jump in the hot bath for a while, doing both release and hold jelqes. None of this warm up is too rough, just setting the stage. The main act is yet to come. After getting out, I grab my “clamp”. Using what I had around the house, I grabbed a bandana and folded it up like a headband, about 1.25” wide. Place it across the top, wrab it around and back up, and tie it over the bottom layer. Now kegel as much blood in as you can. I alternate with no real pattern holding the kegel as long as I can and just doing a quickie. As I said, don’t keep the clamp on too long. Once it’s time, take it off and do more jelqes. Then I do a hanging session. Using nice Wigwam sock band, I use the same bandana as a clamp but don’t tighten yet. Using another bandana, I thread it through the weights and tie each end to the clamp. Now this can be done too ways. In a pretty flacid state, the clamp will pull down over the main chamber and basically hang on the head with a nice band of skin keeping it off the head itself. In a more erect state, the clamp stays behind the main chamber and does a power jelqe. Start off light at 2.5 lbs and work you’re way up as you are comfortable, 2.5 lbs per week is probably all the faster you should go. I usually do a length hanging session first, then another jelqe, clamp, jelqe hang, jelqe and I’m pretty much spent. Put some heat on your penis, sit back and relax. If you have no life like me sometimes, I do it again 5 or so hours later. There you have it, my routine. I’ve only been doing it for a little over a month or so far it’s working well. Not getting length as fast as I’d like to compared to my girth gains, but since my shaft is larger than the head, I can’t find a way to hang directly from the head without using a very thin string of sorts and that’s just too dangerous for me. Remember what you’re working with here, certainly wouldn’t want to hurt him. Ohh, the red spots are normal to a point, a sign of growth. But too much is not good. I usually do this alternate this routine with just a mild jelqe session on my off days.

Hope this of help to you. Again this is just what I’m doing, do you’re own research, learn as much as you can and do what works for you. Never continue to do something that hurts you or you otherwise feel uncomfortable with just because someone else is doing it. A lot to loose, but also a lot to gain :) Best of luck.

Hey samus, I’ve been clamping for about a month now.

When you clamp you force and ungodly amount of blood into your penis and hold it there for an extended period. I usually clamp in 10 minute sessions (three sessions a routine). This is how it increases size.

I only jelq and clamp. You could stretch as well. I just hate stretching and I already bottom out in my wife so my length is fine. Of course I have seen gains in length by clamping and jelqing.

As I just said, I have gained 1/8 in length and now almost a 1/4 in girth by clamping and jelqing.

The benefits to clamping is it is an intense exercise and IMHO produces better gains than just jelqing. Of course that is only my experience. I am sure others have differing opinions. The risks, well, it is extremely intense pressure so you can figure that one out. You really only want to try clamping if you have been properly conditioned and know your penis and it’s limits extremely well.

My routine as it stands now is this. I do a 1on/1off schedule. Jelqing in the morning in the shower. Usually 400 3 sec jelqs at 75% erect. Then in the evening I clamp. I do three 10 minute sessions with 5-10 minute breaks in between sessions. On the last 3 or 4 minutes of the last session I do some squeezes and Ulis and stretch very lightly. Now, I have had to work into this so don’t start with what I do. I would recommend one or two 5 minute clamps when first starting and don’t do any squeezes or Ulis . Just clamp for 5 minutes then take off the clamp. Massage for about 5 minutes then clamp for another 5 minutes. Do that until you get used to how things work and how you respond.

Good advice mgus. It is always best err on the side of caution doing this stuff. Although I would point out that Mike’s problem was he was doing way too much. I only do 20-30 minutes every other day. He was doing 40 minutes for five days straight. You really need the rest day between workouts to let things heal up. I also give two or three days every couple of weeks. You can cable clamp and be safe. You just need to be cautious.

Hey guys - BUMP -

Had to bump this thread. I had a question regarding a clamp/stretch/jelq routine. I know rest is important, but I was wondering if a routine like this would be OK(or too much):

-clamp 1 on 1 off, 3 10 minute sets
-on off days do 25-30 mins manual stretches/Jai’s/inverted V-stretches, dry jelq for 15-20 minutes

Is this too much? Should I be stretching after/before clamping instead? Or would this routine work if I went clamp-stretch-clamp-stretch-clamp-rest-rest-repeat? Kind of like a 5 on 2 off approach.

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

Nevermind. I’m going to stretch after my clamp/dry jelq sessions. One on one off for a couple months, then switch to five on two off for a couple more. I might even switch back and forth between the two scheduals and make a note of how much I gain each month.

I’ll report back to this thread in a couple months and post my gains/routine.

Considering this Cable Clampers please read!! My urologist diagnosed me with Sclerosing Lymphangitis I think I prefer manual clamping - difficult to do any serious damage and you’ll pack a mean handshake as well!
