“I just learned the importance of stretching
I never did it before because I assumed my BathMate would suffice as a warm-up before jelqing. I would use the BM for 10 minutes, then jelq for 10 minutes, and continue this process for an hour. After about two weeks of this with very little results (talking about immediately after I finish), I decided to replace a round of jelqing and pumping with stretching instead, as well as one at the end (first one is immediately after pumping, one halfway through.)
I measured an increase of 1/4” in girth (5” to 5-1/4”), which is what I’m mainly going for - and it seemed to have stayed that way until the morning when I woke up with the hardest erection I’ve had in a very long time. The bastard stayed up through an entire five rounds of measurements to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong. Possibly just from excitement. This morning, it measured just under 5-1/4”. I’m sure it won’t stay that way, and I will have to keep working it to make the results permanent, but this was a huge deal for me and I just wanted to share in case anyone else also felt that stretching wasn’t as important as it actually is. I’m sure I’m not the only one.”

Seriously, if you aren’t stretching, try it. I do three 10 minute stretch sessions throughout my workout. I begin by stretching straight downward (6 o’clock) and counting down from 10. Then I stretch to the 4:30 position, count 10 seconds. Then move to 3 o’clock, 10s, then 1:30, and so on. Once I finish the 7:30 stretch, I start from 12 and work clockwise the same way. I noticed a huge difference.
