Beginner advice in length
Hey,
Current routine:
- 5 minute warmup
- 5 minute stretch
- 200 ( 3 seconds jelqing )
- 5 minute warm down
- 25 - 50 kegels
As the first week went by I was PMing vets in Reddit and was told that this beginners routine was for conditioning and that in terms of length I did not need to do it, instead, without warm ups look for another routine that would focus in length as that was my main goal. I was wondering what beginners routine would increase length the most as I’m not looking for girth. For the past week or so I’ve been doing the beginners routine, however, a lot of people have told me that jelqing can be dangerous and I should try to avoid it as much as possible. I have done various types of stretches and was looking for a manual exercise as I can’t really buy ADS or pumps. Help would be appreciated thanks!
