Beginner advice in length

Hey,

Current routine:
- 5 minute warmup
- 5 minute stretch
- 200 ( 3 seconds jelqing )
- 5 minute warm down
- 25 - 50 kegels

As the first week went by I was PMing vets in Reddit and was told that this beginners routine was for conditioning and that in terms of length I did not need to do it, instead, without warm ups look for another routine that would focus in length as that was my main goal. I was wondering what beginners routine would increase length the most as I’m not looking for girth. For the past week or so I’ve been doing the beginners routine, however, a lot of people have told me that jelqing can be dangerous and I should try to avoid it as much as possible. I have done various types of stretches and was looking for a manual exercise as I can’t really buy ADS or pumps. Help would be appreciated thanks!

BPEL: 6.5 - 6.7
EG: 4.6 - 4.8
EL: 6.2

FL: 3.8

That reply they gave you is tantamount to saying you want a big chest, forget getting conditioned. Put three plates on each side and get to lifting.

My EG is around the OP’s and, after having done the newbie routine for a while, I’m wondering if I should be foregoing the jelqing to go for length first since those gains are easier pre-any-girth-work. Thing is, at just under 5” EG, I feel like EG should be a priority…is there any consensus on the type of girth work that slows down length gains?

So, its better to just start with a length routine? Which ones have helped you as well as had a major focus in length?

No, start with the newbie routine.

I’m sorry to bother but how long should I keep doing the beginners routine for? I’m on my second week of the beginners and was wondering if I should move onto something like DLD for length

Your still training your penis to get used to the exercises hence why you stick with the newbie routine for at least 3 months. Many including myself have gained length and girth from the newbie routine.

After you’ve conditioned your penis you basically just add new exercises or ramp up the durations.

The newbie routine is like the foundation of PE.
