Beginner Question
I’ve been doing the Newbie routine for about four weeks now. In the first couple weeks I noticed a longer, more full flaccid, and was very excited. However, the last couple weeks my penis has been turtling after workouts. I had been going four or five days on and one off in the beginning, but I switched to three on one off, then two on one off. I’ve noticed definite positive EQ, stiffer erections and more definition in veins, but if I’m not erect, my penis tends to turtle instead of being a stretchy flaccid like I want it to be. I decreased my intensity while jelqing to try to get rid of the turtling problem, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Should I get a stretcher sleeve to try and remedy the turtling? Or should I consider taking more days rest? I also have only gotten morning wood like once in the last two weeks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
