Beginner Questions

Just started PE and have a few questions. After my routine I do not feel fatigue as described by others. Is this ok or am I doing things wrong if I do?

I do manually stretches side to side stretches and jelqing. With warm up and shower warm down.

I did buy an extender but it is far too painful to use as it wrecks my glans with just a bit of time used. I can’t even stimulate my penis now due to pain and must wait a few days to even do my normal routine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Leave the devices alone for 3-4 months. Take a solid week off. Only resume when you’re 110% confident you’re healed. It’s not necessary to feel fatigue to grow.

Good news. It bruised the glans a bit. I think I figured a way to use it and prevent that. I am still going to stick with my manual routine and see if I get gains then move to the extender per your suggestion.

My routine is.
5 to 10 minute warm up with heating pad.
10 to 15 minutes of directional stretching
200 to 300 side to side stretches
10 to 15 minutes of wet jelq
Warm down shower.

Does this seem ok for a newbie routine? The lower times are when I am short on time.

Any advice on this routine? I also add in some pull from behind stretches as well.

With the combination of jelqing, the 10-15 minutes of stretching should be enough in that set I think. The 200-300 side stretches is - in my opinion- to over do things.

You can - as the next set of the day - use the extender. Be sure to put together the extender so that it isn’t too long. When the extender is compressed, the head of your penis should be almost in front of the « front piece»/cradle on the extender, so that the noose pull downwards keeping the penis in place, and not trying to pull too much forward and « through» the head of the penis. When releasing the extender you should feel a comfortable tug, without having to crush the head. It takes a bit of adjustment to get there, but it will be worth it. Good luck.

Thank you. I think I am measuring wrong as I adjust it to BPEL I am measuring it does not seem to be working. I don’t want to wear the extender at a too low of a level as to not get a good stretch.

It is the length of the flaccid stretched out I was referring to. For some guys the stretched flaccid is shorter than the erect, and for some it is longer than the erect. ( if it is shorter than, it will become longer than - eventually). Don’t worry about that. Adjust the extender to your flaccid stretched length and then compress it and put it on. When you release the extender, you will feel a tug and if you want more tug, you adjust the screws to get more tug ( traction). The screws can get up to an inch of extra length to the extender, so there is plenty of room to grow.

Is that BPFSL or NBPFSL? I have a large fat pad and wonder if that changes what I should stretch to.
