Beginner's routine ok?
Hi, I’m new in PE and I have been doing some research for a while.
So, considering that there’s a risk in this whole process, I’had create this routine to get start with.
I do this five times a week, with the two days off between the practices.
To begin with:
In a hot shower, stretching in all directions for like five minutes or more.
Then: 20 kegel forcing to 3 seconds each rep.
30 seconds resting.
Then: normal jelqing 200 rep.
1 minute resting.
Then: 40 kegel forcing to 3 seconds each rep.
1 minute resting.
More 200 normal jelqing rep.
1 minute resting.
Then 40 more kegel forcing to 3 seconds each rep.
Then I strecht it a little more again and it’s done.
What do you guys think about it? It’s ok?
