I’m in a process of losing weight. How this can help with PE?

I am assuming you also excercise to improve your fitness. In that case: improved blood flow, hormones and a positive mindset.

All very benificial for PE and also for many other things.

My observation had been decreased amounts of time to heal. Also my wife seeing me as in better condition which leads to more sex!

Everything that has been mentioned above, plus a smaller fat pad unless you are already very skinny with no fat. Which in turn will help with a bigger penis as well (NBPEL).

Spot on - for me that main ‘other thing’ is improved EQ which is the primary driver of why I currently want to get fit. Good luck all with fitness, EQ & PE!

Starting (01/17): 5.5 x 4.4 - vol 8.4 ci

I lost 120lbs+ and noticed that my fat pad got reduced and my erect length got 2+ inches longer. I honestly had a 3.5 erect but I could feel INCHES of dick underneath. I also have a really loose skin on my sack that gets nice and plump when full package pump. Stamina is better, edging for longer is easier, EQ after pumping is better and when I overdo it I heal faster.

If you can lose at least 50lbs your erect will be visibly longer
