What would be best for getting length gains?

1. Buying a redi-stretcher and beginning a hanging program. Problem is I don’t know how consistent I can be due to time constraints. I’ve gotten kind of turned off to hanging by folks who say that if you can’t hang EVERYDAY then don’t hang.

2. Buying a pump and starting a pumping program with a tube that I am close to packing so as to induce length gains.

For those that choose #2, what size tube would be best? Current stats are
6.5 NBP x 6 base girth/5.25 girth below head.

What is better 4 lenth out of these 2 options jelqing or streching cause I don’t no

My girth is 5.25. I pump using a 1.75 cylinder. I pack it. I have gained .75 in length. This seems to work best for me. I have a 2.0 cylinder, but I do not pack it. I’m currently using the 1.75 for length.

Is your 5.25 girth pretty uniform from base to tip? I’m 6” at base and and narrow to 5.25 at the head. Just wondering if the 1.75” tube will be to tight at the base?

I’m pretty uniform from base to tip. If I were 6” at the base I would use a 2.0 cylinder. I think that would be your best option.

I’m not a newbie. I’ve been jelqing on and off for 3+ years. Only results I ever saw was harder erections and a slight girth increase. I’m not really looking for anymore girth, only length. So.aside from newbie routine, which option do you think is best for length?

In my opinion hanging is probobly the single most effetive way to gain length. You dont need to hang everyday, I don’t really think I know anybody on this forum who hangs every day.

Well there is the thought by some hangers that if you are not close to that level of consistency, then you are more likely to be toughening the tissues.

“On and off” - Not consistent.

If you cant do a manual routine consistently, you wont be able to pump or hang consistently, as they take longer!

I have a Bib-hanger and I love it. I enjoy hanging a lot, mostly because I know I’m going to make good gains if I hang every day. Click this link for details of a good approach

Also— although pumping is more pleasurable and pumps more “user-friendly” and although they will produce permanent gains (if used properly (i.e. at low pressure etc.)) there’s still a dispute as to how much permanence you can achieve with a pump.

As far as I know (from the reading I’ve done at Thunders) permanent gains with a pump require a manual routine conducted alongside the pumping regimen to cement gains…

…so, if you’re looking to cut down on the effort involved (which I’m assuming you are based on your reluctance to hang every day) it might actually be less work to hang every day than it would be to attempt permanent length gains with a pump.

I personally think of pumping as an adjunct to manual girth routines rather than the other way around, basically because it’s better to habitualise the manual routine before buying the pump (because if you never get around to ‘locking down’ the manual routine it — supposedly — will limit your ability to develop permanent gains pumping).

PE takes a lot of dedication, there’s no real getting around that.

Stretching. Jelqing is better for girth and the more girth you have the harder it is to gain length.

Anymore input/experiences?

Can someone explain to me what “packing” it means?

I’ve read that Jelqing does more for length than girth though, I guess there is more than one opinion on that issue.
