Hi. Just joined

I’ve been interesting in PE for a while. Looking around. It seems the best way is a penis extender for 6 months for an inch length (studies) then when length acquired use HA filler for shaft and glans. Learn how to self inject would be great but worried about vascular occlusion. It appears up to 30% glans and 1 inch shaft girth can be gained.
Problems could be nerve damage and discolor from extender, and lumps, occlusion from filler.

It seems Chemical PE is not effective from my research here.
Jelqs, pumps etc all seem high time cost without much proven results either with significant damage possibilities.

What are all of your thoughts? Extender and filler for the win?

You will not find many members here who support surgery or fillers as a quick path to a larger penis.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

And you won’t gain an inch in 6 months using an extender or any other sort of device.

I am very impressed by people’s commitment and work ethic on improving. However, I haven’t seen definite results or a superior method/routine.

I suppose what I am asking really is, if you had to start again with what you know now. What would you do? What would you expect?

I’m 6 x 4.5 BTW.

Looking for the best method, aren’t we all… This is what I reference when putting together a plan:

For “definite” results, look at “Big Gainer Highlights” thread by BeardedDragon.

For top rated methodology, look into “The Long Game: Learning with Longerstretch, Key Principles to Make Sustained Growth” thread by longerstretch.

For the methodology for fastest gains that I know of, look into “Using the ultrasound for therapeutic heat in PE” by Kyrpa. He also has a thread in Progress Reports.

There are more, it is a learning process for everyone. Feel free to add to this.

Not sure I believe the stories of some of the big gainers who have no evidence at all.

Progressive overload and periodic breaks I imagine are good.
The heat and ultrasound methods are very interesting. I don’t fully understand it. But collagen and types of fiber etc generation sounds great.

I just wish there were detailed logs. Video logs. Someone who shows BPFL, BPSFL etc. Should be possible.

If I put in that effort everyday, time money and even health risk (especially with chemical PE) I would want to do a regular progress report.

People here already seem to have massive dicks. Tbh my 6x4.5 and I rarely came across a guy noticeably bigger than me.

Perhaps they have all the data but prefer to keep it for their personal use. There is no requirement to post pictures and many prefer to not put that information on the internet. Members are here for their reasons, not for yours.

Truth is, most guys start out “sceptical” so do not bother themselves to take starting pics, only to wish they had done so after they have had gains. We do recommend new members take a picture(s) and accurate measurements so they can compare back. Again, there is no requirement to post pics.

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

PE is real. That’s my #1 mantra that I tell myself. Because it is.

Concerning heat/ultrasound methods I’d be worried about heat near testicles (actually a form of contraception)

Lack of visual results evidence aside, is fibrosis damage and desensitisation an issue?

I will probably just focus on ways to increase EQ. Kegels perhaps.

Kyrpa has addressed that issue about the testis.

Fibrosis damage and desensitization can be issues if you’re too aggressive and don’t follow recommended practices. It is safe if you take your time and know its not going to happen over night. Focusing on EQ is a good idea.

There’s no quick fix, and injections are not the same as a big dick from PE. They don’t look the same as a natural big dick, and they don’t feel the same to the woman. If you want a pleaser, it has to be earned.


Start 9/25/19 - 6 3/4" BPEL -> 11/20/19 - 7" BPEL -> 9/1/20 - 7 1/4" BPEL -> trying to hit anything over 8" BPEL (only updating every 1/4" it's slow but it's working)
