Best stretches?

Hey guys, as I’ve increased my stretching to 15 minutes, towards the end my arm starts to get really tired. I do directional stretches with the OK grip and hold each stretch for a minute each —- it gets tougher and tougher to hold it for a straight minute.

Is there a better way?


Starting stats (5/9/18): NBPEL: 5.5" MSEG: 4.5" (with cock ring)

Short Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.3" MSEG 4.8"

Long Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.5" MSEG 5.25"
