Standing Stretches Better I think

You know I first started I was always stretching standing up, then I started doing Laying between the cheek stretches and laying straight up stretches. Now both methods work I feel, but I notice a better ligament tog when I’m standing up streching, and also get more soreness the next day. Has anyone else noticed a difference between laying down stretches and standing?

Either is better than none. I do laying down stretches under the sheets while watching tv with wifey… standing stretches in the bathroom or when I can be naked without worry of being seen. But my favorite are squat stretches (arm behind the leg).

Whichever way you think you are feeling the best stretch is probably the best stretch for you.

Standing stretches work better for me when I stretch downwards. Helps to put a foot on the counter or the toilet too. Other stretches I do sitting or reclining.

What does LDP stand for?
