Better Hanger

Which one is the better hanger is it bib hanger or LG hanger?.

I currently own the bib hanger but I’m thinking of going with the LG hanger as it seems more easier to use.

Also Does anyone know where I can buy a HTW (hair tie wrap

Due to me having a busy schedule at times I had to completely stop P.E which affected my gains when I started doing P.E I gained 0.25 in just the first couple of weeks but after stopping for a couple of weeks I became shorter as I didn’t know much information in regards to P.E to cut a long story short this occurred a couple of times id say 4 times in total I was anywhere between the range of 7 inches but not I’m 5.8 and my penis is more thicker and stubbier unfortunately

Yes I has destroyed my sexual confidence tbh. But I’m slowly but surely investing my time and effort into ensuring I get gains and making sure I spend time reading peoples posts to learn what works and what doesn’t because I want it to return back to me so I can enjoy the pleasures of life again. So that’s why I’m doing everything I can do to fix this

There is a learning curve with vac style systems such as the LG. If one can avoid blisters then it can certainly be a more favorable method than vise style systems such as the Bib.

If one is going to be successful in using a vacuum style approach they will need to acclimate their glans to the vacuum as well as spend time developing good wrap technique (glans protection). Glans acclimation will require you to tone down your weight from the current 6.25kg that you are using to something significantly less, by as much as 50%. Then as you acclimate to the vacuum you will slowly begin to add weight, goal being to get back to your 6.25 kg and possibly higher.

if i lost my gains due to me stopping is it still possible to get them back with due time ?

Bib did ten hour days, but he then mentioned that he believes it was overkill and could have gotten similar results with four hours a day. Bib also advises for a minimum of ten hours per week, not ten hours per day.

It is very difficult to provide a routine for someone because there is so much personal feedback required for one to define what process is best for them and even more importantly, to ensure their own safety. One must not hang based solely on any one person’s recommended routine without first considering what their own personal limits are at any given time.

You have been hanging for several months and are up to 6.25 kg. You should by now have feedback relative to your and process that can allow you to make adjustments/decisions in one direction or the other.

For example, seven days does not work for you, so go for five. Maybe try two on and one off. There are options for you to work through and try.

Experiment, just make sure to be safe and not increase weight until you are confident that you are ready to do so, listen to your body.
