So far what I’ve come up with for that is… One, I try to “get off” a few times a week, at least then it’s a little more manageable. Also, if it’s mostly flaccid, just a bit of increased blood flow, like 10% of a full erection, I found a manual BTC stretch makes it more flaccid… I’ve used that method enough times before hanging or other exercises when I needed to be more flaccid and it has worked all the times I can remember. It’s not for a higher erection level though.
Another thing I’ve done is think about work or other non-sexual subjects. Sometimes talk out loud about it if just thinking about it doesn’t reduce the erection on its own. I use that technique more when I start getting too erect to Jelq, but have also used it during manuals if I started getting too erect for manuals.
