Bib Hanger Glans Question

Hey Guys,

I have been looking around and can’t find any detailed directions about hanging with the big hanger (bib starter specifically). My issue is my glans become engorged and kind of get dark while hanging. It worries me and I always take it off within 5 minutes to avoid any injuries. Is this normal? How do I avoid this? I can’t find info anywhere..

Do you squeeze the blood out of your glans before hanging, like the 101 guide says?

At one point I was reading a lot about bib hangers. They say that if you attach it right, then it should not create this blood plug effect on the glans. Usually the blood plug would happen when the weight would slide over the internals and then try resting on the glans. The weight slides over the internals because the hanger is not correctly attached to the internals. That can be due to lack of tightness or the internals not being conditioned to that specific weight.

They also said actually getting it to attach right takes a lot of trial and error. I definitely recommend googling stuff like “bib hanger blood in glans” or “bib hanger blood plug” or other related terms you can think of. Because there are a lot of threads and you might find an answer in one thread that you didn’t see in another, or in the main guide.

Also Bib would often ask for people’s WFG. Something about having too little WFG making it hard to attach. And also he’d always remind people to go back to the 3x20 at 3 pounds to start because of conditioning the attachment points.

Ok awesome I didn’t realize there was a BIB forum! Looking through that now.. I’m also having a problem because I can never get totally flaccid when I am handling my d.. I don’t understand how you guys do that. Any advice?

So far what I’ve come up with for that is… One, I try to “get off” a few times a week, at least then it’s a little more manageable. Also, if it’s mostly flaccid, just a bit of increased blood flow, like 10% of a full erection, I found a manual BTC stretch makes it more flaccid… I’ve used that method enough times before hanging or other exercises when I needed to be more flaccid and it has worked all the times I can remember. It’s not for a higher erection level though.

Another thing I’ve done is think about work or other non-sexual subjects. Sometimes talk out loud about it if just thinking about it doesn’t reduce the erection on its own. I use that technique more when I start getting too erect to Jelq, but have also used it during manuals if I started getting too erect for manuals.

Attaching closer to the base helps with this, if you haven’t tried it yet.

I’ve been to an urologist and he told me to wait for it to cure alone, but it’s been 3 months and I went back to doing the exercises and on the 3 Day to feel the pain again in the stretch and you said that you have cured yours, do you think I should continue to avoid stretching to the side where I feel the pain?
