Guys their is not point measuring bone pressed length cause no girl is ever gonna feel whats under fat measuring bone pressed length is like say i have a six pack … under all my belly fat it just does not work.

Measuring bone pressed has shit all to do with girls. It’s about having a consistent starting point for the ruler.

There also is a debate on the subject of what girls feel during sex, so you can go ahead and speak your mind there.


Wishing and hoping for the best - yup your doing it wrong.

It gives a more consistent measurement. If your weight fluctuates then your measurements will too. If you press the ruler into your fat pad it cuts down on the fluctuation and you can get a more accurate reading. It has nothing to do with girls. If your really concerned about pleasing your girl then work on girth. That is unless your under 5” then you’ll have some catching up to do with your length.

I only use bone pressed measurements for accuracy. I usually don’t give my bpel, when asked, I always state my nbpel because it seems more relevant to me. In a picture, or in real life, you only see the nbp. Also, I do believe that you do use your bone pressed length during sex, though. If you have a 2 inch fat pad, then yea, you may not, but if its 1” or less, you do use it.

Yeah I just say “It depends. Some guys measure different than others”. Most guys round up or give their BP measurements so you shouldn’t feel guilty saying your BP. I usually tell them both my BP and NBP after explaining how there are different ways to measure. I like to be honest and maybe educate that person so when some D-bag says their 13” long they can be like oh he’s probably measuring wrong and rounding up.

As far as I am concerned BPEL it is a good universal measuring point, to standardise the data. The pubic bone cannot move. Some people I see when posting pictures measure from the side of the penis, so the ruler shows more length.This is wrong in my opinion. When people claim 13 inches or some other high measurement , I think where are they measuring from their anus? , end of the scrotum ?

I will stick to BPEL, even tho I can get a more flattering measurement from other measuring points. Keep it real.

Even with BPEL some people have the problem that BPEL increases but not NBPEL although the fat pad stayed the same. I got the problem. If I had gains as much NBPEL as BPEL I would be done.

Have low body fat, then measuring it matters. I have just bone there, so it’s accurately what I would be able to use. My body fat is probably under 10%.

Moral of the story? Cut yourself to 6-8% body fat. :)

Well I only measure bone press rarely but I do see a point in it and especially for gains but normally I measure lying down from tip too base.
