Breaking up newbie routine

Breaking up newbie routine

I typically do my stretches and jelqs at different times. For instance, at 7:00 pm I do stretches then at 9:30 pm I do jelqs. I usually don’t do a warm up but always a warm down.

Knowing this information, am I hindering my gains? Is it better to do these exercises back to back? I know that I should always do a warm up and I am trying very hard to get into the habit.

I am more curious about the way I break up the routine and it’s effects on gains.

I have been a member here for over a year. I typically don’t post because I like to use the search button and I am rather shy. I visit the site at least every other day sometimes every day.

Here is my story with PE. I started the newbie routine over a year ago and I saw gains within a few weeks. I then got to carried away and started doing advanced stuff and quit doing the basics(stretching and Jelqing). I really pushed myself with Girth and ended up with an injury. I have since taken a break and started back with the newbie routine. Getting back to basics so to speak.
I am currently at 6.7 BPEL and 5.3 EG. I want to hit 7-7.5 BPEL and at least 5.5 EG.

Thanks

Doing them back to back will speed up gains. Compare it to super setting in bodybuilding. You won’t hinder gains, there are plenty of guys who do exactly the thing that you do, with good results, but doing them back to back is ideal.

What about Memento's routine ? It suggested splitting your workout sessions. For some people that helped them with their gains .

Warm up is important. It’s more important before your session, especially for stretches. Still there are people who claim having made great gains without warming up.

Though, I think, since you have some injury history, you shouldn’t underestimate the safety that a good warm up offers.

Anyway, about splitting your routine; there is a lot of stuff you can read.

Try the thread Memento made about his routine, there is a good theory supporting splitting your routine there. Perhaps Bird2 could illustrate a little more his theory for those who are not into bodybuilding.

Of course there are people who react better on a split routine but they are in the minority. The majority reacts better on a back to back routine, simply because it tires the penis more out, which gives better gains. The same principle is used in bodybuilding for a long time, it is called super setting. When a guy wants a part of his body trained, he does the exercises in a row for optimal gains. I think that the same works for PE.

There’s more justification than just how different people react on different routines, on why Memento’s routine was successful (for some). By splitting the routine in two parts you can focus better and you get a stretched penis (after morning stretches) for a longer time, while taking advantage of nocturnal erections when you jelq in the evening.

Personally I doubt that. When you do length work first, you temporary get an enlarged penis. This will give you more penis to work girth on.

Also doing them combined can help people to relegate their erection level better. When a guy has trouble to keep his erection level low, like me, he can start with length work first. This will make his dick more flaccid and makes it easier for him to keep the erection level low.
