Brown spot on penis head

Hi, I have a brown spot on the head of my penis. My penis is bent and the spot appeared shortly after I got circumcised. I think it has to do with when I’m hard, the penis twists (as it’s curved) and constricts blood flow to the head, and would do damage mostly probably to hard or prolonged masterbation.

Has anyone else came across this problem? The brown patch has been getting bigger through the years. Iam worried as I assume it is irreverible and may end up leaving me numb or worse. It doesn’t feel numb just now, but sometimes is itchy which I attribute to this.

Any thoughts or input would be great.
