Cable clamps- curious

I know its weird for a noob to be talking about clamping, but i just want to know, where do i buy these? im not sure if this product was made specifically for PE or can i get this specific brand at walmart….cause BG seems to recommend this 1 as the best. I have been PEing several months, but i want to buy one of these and try it out as soon as my gains taper off. I plan on starting with 2 sets of 5 minute sessions 5 days a week just to see if i wlike the feel.

Soo… :-p where do i get me one?
