Can I practice PE when having a cold?

Can I practice PE when having a cold?

Couldn’t find a thread with any info about this.

Could I PE when having a cold?
Does it matter if I have fever also? (not having that at the moment though!)

I wonder because you shouldn’t do this when lifting weights at the gym (or just exercise), but I don’t know if it is the same with PE.

Gone cementing - Started (2005): 7.25 NBPEL 5.7 EGMS. 5 years later (2010): 8.25 NBPEL 6.3 EGMS. 8 years later, 3 years with no PE (2013): 8.1 NBPEL 5.9 EGMS

I don’t think it matters much one way or the other. PE isn’t exactly strenuous exercise. If you feel like it, go ahead. If not, don’t. If you were unlucky enough to get the flu, I don’t think you would feel like doing much of anything.

True, and it’s a shame because with a 103+ temperature everything is nice and warm.

Just do lighter workouts by cutting your normal routine by half. You should be fine. With this your still be consistent with your work out and that’s the key.

I think if you feel well enough to do any sort of exersize, you should do it. Whether it is PE or lifting weights, listen to your body.

In fact, I read about a couple studies that mentioned that cultures that encourage people to be mobile as soon as they are able — even during sickness — led to much faster recoveries. The idea of being sick and therefore bedridden is a fallacy. (Just like how pregnant women used to avoid exersize, and now it is encouraged.)

In short, if you are too sick to PE, don’t. If you are sick but still think you can do it comfortably, why not do it?

My Before and After pics -- .5" gain...

No problem at all with doing PE, even if you have a fever.

Being mobile if you feel able will force the immune system to work slightly harder, resulting in faster recovery. Strenuous exercise (running, gym) should definitely be avoided if you have a fever; I won’t go into the medical reasons because it has nothing to do with PE. Gentle exercise with a mild cold is OK - As Cmdr. Blop says ‘listen to your body’.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

It doesn’t take a lot of effort to PE, so I suppose you could, if you’re not overly exhausted.

Dude, its a cold.

Did you know America ranks the lowest in education but the highest in drug use? It's nice to be number one, but we can fix that. All we need to do is start the war on education. If it's anywhere near as successful as our war on drugs, in no time we'll all be hooked on phonics
