Can I replace manual for V-stretch
Hi guys, I’m pretty new in World of PE, but I’m for past 2 weeks really just be educating myself, trying to learn as much as possible to avoid injuries( because I already experienced pain 1st time I started PE exercises, probably went on a wrong/ to much for me to handle routine :/ ) and
To maximize gain. My aim is mainly for girth, but I will start with newbie routine as recommended on this site ( and stick with it for probably 3 months ), and then decide what to do next, probably go more for girth.
Now my question is: In newbie routine
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Can I possibly replace manual stretch with V-stretch in newbie routine, could results that way be even better? I read that some guys also got over an inch just from V-stretch, so I was just wondering what will happened if I replace those 2? Should I start as newbie routine says or it can be even better that way + base of my penis kinda hurts when I do manual stretch pulling down, that’s the biggest reason I’m asking this question in the first place..
If anybody can give me some advice/answer I would be really grateful :)
Sorry for bad English.
