I do not know.
I did a penis demolition combination of hanging and horses that gave me a little bit of length when I was stuck on a plateau. My theory at the time was that by doing lots of hanging the initial girth gains that most experience from the horses would be converted to length. While I find Werner’s fanatical devotion to any and every craziness that Doc. Lin spouts I can not say he is necessarily wrong about some people benefiting from combining edging with “traditional” PE.
I don’t think that “just” having sex will contribute to PE gains. I do think it will make you a happier camper and that your mental state can affect gains.

Why don’t you do an experiment for us? Stick with your usual PE routine of however much time per day; but, follow each of your workouts with an equal amount of time having sex! I realize that this is a lot to ask of you but hope you will make the sacrifice to further our collective knowledge of PE.
