Can someone critique my routine

I’m not exactly new to PE. I started off and on about a year ago and so far I have gained around .5 in in BPEL, and .5 in girth. This was mainly due to manual jelqing and stretching exercises that I did for around 1 1/2 hours per day.

I have experimented with hanging as well as clamping — but not long enough and consistent enough to notice any gains. At the time I was using a home made capt wench for my hanger, and cable clamps for clamping.

I am currently at 6” BPEL and 5.2 ” girth. My goal is 9” BPEL and 7” girth

My current routine is:

Tues/Wed
Morning
1 hour 15 minute jelq — overhand and downward
3 sets of 15 minute clamping w/ bends
Evening
1 hour jelq - overhand and downward
3 sets of 15 minute clamping w/ bends
Thursday — day off
Friday/Saturday/Sunday
Morning
3 sets of hanging (soon to have a bib starter) BTC
1 hour 15 minute of jelq — overhand and downward
Evening
3 sets of hanging BTC
1 hour jelq — overhand and downward
Monday - day off

I was also thinking of replacing my manual jelqs with a home made power jelq. Thoughts?

My thought is that I spend 3 days a week working on length and then 2 days working on girth.

Is there anything that I could add to this routine that would make it better? Or anything that I am doing wrong?

Any help from the vets would be SUPER helpful. Thanks!

Don’t bend, injury is waiting for people who bend.

1 hour 15 minutes of jelqing???? That is just way to much, cut it down to 30 minutes, at most. Would be even better when you cut it down to 10-20 minutes.

Why did you cut out stretches?

Take a look at advanced stretches such as invented v and JAI stretches and add them for more length gains.

Also consider Ulis and horses for amplified girth gains.

Finally add amazing isometrics to really improve your overall gains.

What is bending? and what are isometrics? and you defiantley way to many jelqs. Remember that more is not always more.

Bending as in bending the penis when clamping.

I don’t know what isometrics are, can you explain that?

I cut out stretches because I figured the hanging would be better than that anyway, and I didn’t want to overwork it.

No, maximum of 30 minutes a day. In my opinion it would be ideal when you jelq for 10 minutes a day at a low intensity (20-40%) for length gains and 10 minutes a day at a high intensity (60-80%), which aims for girth gains.

Stretches are by many considered better than hanging, but of course that is an opinion. I wouldn’t cut them out, no way. Keep them in your routine, this will amplify length gains and you will reach your goal quicker.
