Can someone critique my routine
I’m not exactly new to PE. I started off and on about a year ago and so far I have gained around .5 in in BPEL, and .5 in girth. This was mainly due to manual jelqing and stretching exercises that I did for around 1 1/2 hours per day.
I have experimented with hanging as well as clamping — but not long enough and consistent enough to notice any gains. At the time I was using a home made capt wench for my hanger, and cable clamps for clamping.
I am currently at 6” BPEL and 5.2 ” girth. My goal is 9” BPEL and 7” girth
My current routine is:
Tues/Wed
Morning
1 hour 15 minute jelq — overhand and downward
3 sets of 15 minute clamping w/ bends
Evening
1 hour jelq - overhand and downward
3 sets of 15 minute clamping w/ bends
Thursday — day off
Friday/Saturday/Sunday
Morning
3 sets of hanging (soon to have a bib starter) BTC
1 hour 15 minute of jelq — overhand and downward
Evening
3 sets of hanging BTC
1 hour jelq — overhand and downward
Monday - day off
I was also thinking of replacing my manual jelqs with a home made power jelq. Thoughts?
My thought is that I spend 3 days a week working on length and then 2 days working on girth.
Is there anything that I could add to this routine that would make it better? Or anything that I am doing wrong?
