Can someone give me step by step guide on ballooning?
Hello, I want to try out ballooning. I was doing edging for some time, but I want to take it next level (I heard ballooning is like advanced edging). I read it is about doing reversed kegels and then holding your kegel muscle as much as possible. Can somebody give me more clear explanation how to do it step by step?
