I read about supplements for about 4 months, from when I started to do exercises. I know there is no magic pill or quick solution but I would like to speed up this process at least for a bit. After months of reading I decided which supplements I want to use.
I will continue with the exercises. I exercise 1 hour and 10 minutes a day, five days a week. I always rest on Saturdays and Sundays.

But before I start I wonder if some of you used these supplements and whether these supplements can really help?

This is my plan: I will take them 2 months and take the recommended daily dose.

L-Arginine
L-tyrosine supplement
HGH

You can boost your own naturally occurring HGH production by up to 2000% by doing fasted workouts. Will save you some coin and potential legal issues. I don’t believe it helps with PE but will probably help with general asthetics and recovery.

Citrulline would be better than Arginine.. I take it for lifting but have noticed benefits for PE also.

And if you want the science behind it, it’s that L-citrulline is converted into L-arginine in the kidneys. Therefore, it’s actually more effective at raising body levels of arginine as opposed to l-arginine supplementation, which you mostly piss out.

Exactly, L-citrulline is the way to go, much more beneficial, stays in your bloodstream longer as well. If you can find it with malate grab it because that also increases the time it’s effect kicks in.

Fasting definitely naturally increases HGH, and it is in a healthy natural manner. It’s good for you as oppose to artificially increasing it with side effects.

I suggest taking ZMA at night before bed as well as a multi vitamin.

Would be great to supplement linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), essential fatty acids that aren’t produced by our bodies. Both of them are connected and play important role in the growth and repair.

EPA and DHA, which are another kind of omega-3 have limited disponibility and is a good idea to supplement these as well.

Good stuff here. Anyone have experience with Horny goat weed and Maca? Been lacking desire lately, can get an erection and have sex, but want to be more into it.

If your erections are ok I wouldn’t try to stimulate further and risk an addiction or dependency. If your health is spot on you can get achieve that without any outside sources.
