Using Supplements for Improved Growth and EQ Theory

I don’t have enough posts to post in the other forums, so I think that this forum fits this the best.

I have been doing research looking into supplements that can help with EQ and decrease symptoms of ED (I found out that I had porn induced erectile dysfunction and having cut out PMO for the most part has cured it). I also looked into supplements that might help my gym performance. This research has led me to formulate a theory that might lead to increased penile growth through supplementation while in conjunction with PE. I could ramble on more but let me get to the supps and the theory.

Many of you already know that these supplements can help with erections by increasing and maintaining NO production: L-arginine, L- Citrulline, and Pycnogenol. These supplements have been a godsend for improving my ED earlier and improving my EQ. It especially helps taking these right before you have a lady friend over ;)

The article I am about to link can explain the function of these better than I can and has the links to the studies that have proven them to be effective treatments for ED. (Also I am not endorsing any companies, so If you want to purchase them I would look for any brand that is a GMP certified company (Make sure you buy supplements that are GMP certified or there is a good chance you’ll get ripped off)). The next supplement is ALCAR. This has been shown in studies to increase the amount of nocturnal erections. This would be beneficial to recovery and improve EQ. However, what is more interesting is the ability of carnitine to increase the amount of androgen receptors in cells. The last supplement(s) is the MENS routine. This might be the most important piece to this theory. In short it uses Melatonin, Exercise, Niacin, and Sleep to significantly increase natural HGH production. For our purposes it may lead to improved PE gains. So overall, using these supplements to boost NO production, androgen density, and HGH levels may help increase growth and recovery?

I know there is a lot of holes in this theory, but I think that it could potentially benefit some of you who might need an extra boost in your PE endeavors. I also know a lot of you take this stuff pretty seriously and could give a much more detailed insight into these supplements than I could :)

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Do you use these supps individually or one brand? Also, do you use the horny goat weed daily or before sexual activity?

I know this tread is 8 years old, but wondering if anyone has experienced good positive growth enhancement from use of Acetyl L-Carnitine. If so, what dosage did you use to help with gains?

I’ve taken 1 gram of acetyl l-carnitine daily for years, mostly for its performance and health benefits. I can’t say that I’ve noted any growth enhancement between my legs. That seems to stay on the same slow, steady trajectory.

On the subject of supplementation for boosting EQ, I’m surprised pine pollen wasn’t included. Aside from being incredibly nutritious (it contains 18 amino acids and 18+ vitamins and minerals), it has also been shown to increase testosterone, and restore/improve morning hard-ons. Take 5-10 grams before bed and see what happens. Forget about morning wood, I have morning steel. Just ensure your pine pollen is “cell wall broken”, otherwise it’s much less readily absorbed. I get mine from Lost Empire Herbs, they even provide a morning wood guarantee. 5-10 grams/day can get expensive, I have accumulated 7 different herbs/supplements, and take each one once per week to avoid activating negative biofeedback systems and make it easier on my wallet.
