Casual PE cause a loss of length

Trust me.masturbation (especially a lot of it) effects a lot of things. Abstaining from it (NOT SEX) will change your life in a number of ways in my experience.

For anyone not gaining, I still say hanging is better than stretching. I don’t care if your a newbie, if you are, start with 1-2 lbs. Why use your hand which is applying 20-40 lbs (think about it!) for 30 seconds unevenly.

Mostly because hanging involves a weight flopping around halfway down my thigh, not easy to hide. However, I’m working on foreskin restoration as well so once in a while I tape my skin forward around a large socket and let it hang for a little while (30m - 1hr).. Works for length too I suppose.

Yea, I’ve never considered myself a porn addict or anything, and only masturbate once a week or so generally. But this time was everyday for about 5 days straight and it definitely wore on my package, lol.

When you do stretches, you are injuring your body, its response is to pull back and heal, if you allow this pull back which is the normal response to the stresses your placing on your ligs, and

you don’t use ADS, your body can heal with your ligs in a shorter position then when you started. This is what has probably happened to you.

This is unlikely going to happen, if you don’t completely cut your ligs. Mild injured connective tissue doesn’t seem to heal in a shortened state.

Thanks Marinera, but I do believe that this pull back effect does occur when you do stretches, I have had it happen to me personally.

I could be off base here … but let me share my assessment first and then explain my reasoning.
I suspect that you are over-thinking this and that you should start doing the newbie routine with a greater degree of consistency.

My understanding is that you have lost about a quarter inch in length in the past couple months. During that time, you have been doing some “casual” PE … but it doesn’t sound like you are taking it all that seriously. Understandable … I think that we’ve all been there. I haven’t heard that you are suffering from any pain or other ill effects other than your perceived loss of length.

So the question is: where did this quarter inch swing come from? I suspect that it is a combination of the following:

1. As small percentage is probably measurement technique. Under the best circumstances, we are all taking some fairly inaccurate measurements of ourselves. We stand there holding our frequently uncooperative dicks in one hand press a ruler against our pelvis with the other and look at a line on the ruler from 3 feet away and try and make an unbiased judgement as to the measurement. Under the best circumstances, our measurements are less than scientific.

2. We are all more obsessed with our dicks than the average joe-on-the-street and our level of obsession probably goes up and down from month to month. It could be that your state of mind is having some impact on your EQ or your level of relaxation is impacting your erection.

3. Frequency of masturbation could most definitely be a factor

4. I can’t tell from what you have reported, but your casual routine might have been more “casual” than you think and you have lost some previous gains form when you were “less casual” earlier in the year.

5. Some other factor that none of us have seen or thought to ask about.

The bottom line is that it doesn’t sound like you have injured yourself or that there are warning signs that are acutely worrisome.
If you do the newbie routine “non-casually” then you will remove some of the variables and in a month or so you will be in a position to make a more informed assessment.

Thanks Printman, good info. A couple clarifications.. I never did pe any more than I have recently so I know it’s not a loss of previous gains. I am.. Or rather was, 7nbp, so I decided when I learned of pe that I wasn’t going to go overboard and risk injury.

I do somewhat agree with Growing28 though, I think the stretches have caused this. It’s not really that much stretching though. About 3 days after I stopped stretching and masturbating I was feeling more normal so decided to do a few light jelqs before a shower. I remember Firegoat saying that low erection jelqs are best for length so I did two sets of probably 20 at 40-50% erection. The next day was the best I’ve hung in a long time. So last night I did a couple stretches before bed and now I’m back to tight flaccid.. Not turtled by any means, but not nice and relaxed.

So I guess my dick just doesn’t like stretches.

Unfortunately our hands aren’t calibrated. There is a huge difference between hanging 3 lbs of wt, which is plenty to begin with, and 30 lbs of wt right? Well, most guys have no idea how hard they are pulling and it can be quite a bit more than 30 lbs of force without them realizing it.

What one guy does for stretching might be drastically different from another guy. Some guys damn near pull their dicks off and need rubber gloves and baby powder not to slip off! Thats pulling! Other guys may use only about 5 lbs of force. So, really it sounds like you are just pulling too hard. If you wish to continue with stretches, I would suggest next time try and cut the force by half or more and see how that responds.

Start with a pull that feels “pleasant” and do that for a while and see what happens. IF you don’t get any shrinkage, then you can try to slightly increase it. You can slowly increase it over time and stop increasing when you see shrinkage, and then just back down to the last level of pulling that didn’t cause any shrinkage.

The problem with pulling is that you can vary dramatically from day to day and not know it, so it takes time to get a feel for it.

I’m not against nearly pulling your dick off…IF IT IS CAUSING GAINS!

Listen, for some guys, the more they abuse their dicks, the better they grow! HOWEVER, and that’s a big however, if you aren’t gaining, you are getting negative PIs and your EQ has dropped out of sight, then what you are doing isn’t right for you.

I bring this up because in all manual exercises, there can be a HUGE variation in how guys do it. That’s why I said that it may not be that stretching isn’t working for you, it may well be the FORCE you are using isn’t working for you.

Nope I don’t think you lost anything , just take your time , maybe your penis is fighting back, wait until it adjust , and you will have it back and more + have a good day ;)
