Casual PE cause a loss of length

So, I’ve been casually stretching for a month or so since I determined the tunica is my limiting factor.. Before I only casually jelqed so not exactly trying too hard here, lol. I only really get down on my size when I watch porn, lol. Anyway.. I swear over the last few months I’ve lost a little over a quarter inch in length. Same measuring tool, same position etc. Even when the erections are rock hard and I’m really turned on, it’s still shorter than before I started pe. I still have morning wood, easily get and maintain erections.. No problems what so ever except for a loss in length, and the occasional slight pain in the left side chamber if I edge too long.

What could be going on to cause this?? It’s very.. VERY frustrating to lose length from doing simple stretches and shit.

Over doing it with casual stretches? I mean they are very casual.. Like 2 quick 5 minute regular and inverted v’s a day.

Do you feel your ligament(at your penis base) tight ?

No weight gain, I’m not really sure I can pinpoint the ligament.

Are you sure you’re not measuring more accurately? I mean, were you really pushing the ruler into your pubic bone or something before?

If so, have you noticed any curve starting at all?

If you’re sure those aren’t the causes, are you stretching in any particular direction or with any particular hand? I know that’s an unlikely factor, but I guess it’s worth thinking about.

To me, this screams something else has changed drastically within your body. Hormones or something. Your cock won’t shrink from doing PE of any kind, short of ripping the end off. With that said, I find I shrink a bit in extended dry-spells and regain it when I’m sexually active for a week or more.

Any clues there? Any change in your body composition or sex life? Also, like others have said - have you developed a curve, or do your ligs feel tight?

These are nbp measurements, and I’m quite thin so I know it’s not an increase in fatpad. No curve has developed outside of a more upward angle from the base, but this is holding it straight anyway.

The biggest change I noticed lately was that after I cum within 5 minutes my dick is totally shrunk.. Like cold water levels of shrinkage. Even now, standing here at work it feels tight and retracted. I’m not sure what is causing it.. I have been masturbating a ton lately though. Very horned up for some reason lately, lol.

I feel like I should stop stretching and stuff for a while, then I remember threads about not letting it heal in a shortened state and feel like I should try to keep it more loose.

You don’t need to stop stretching for a while - you need to stop masturbating for a while. I get that shrunken thing going on if I have a frenzied week of jacking it, and even though I’m always rock hard, I never get ‘quite’ as big when I’m whacking it a lot, as I do when I have a few days off.

I think there is a correlation between the flaccid and erect shrinkage and pulling off a lot - it may well be a protective response by the collagen. When I’m cranking a lot, my erections feel hard, like the blood in the chambers has come up against solid walls. When I haven’t been choking it much, it feels like the blood has come up against hard rubber walls, and it’s still trying to expand them outwards.

I’ve always been in the ‘masturbation does not affect gains’ camp, because I gained well and was spanking it a lot, and I could see no physiological reason (from a mechanical perspective - I never considered the hormonal/chemical much) why it would. But now I’m not as sure as I was. I still don’t think it affects gains much - but I do think there is some effect.

Its not just a question of length of time of exercise…manual stretching can be the most intense PE you can do - even a moderate manual stretch will impart more pulling force than the heaviest of hangers.

The chemistry does change after ejaculating. If you don’t rest and recuperate it won’t have a chance to snap back. Overtime the refractory period will get longer.

Until you rest. Then it will relax and go back to normal.

Your stretches are fine. Just take a week or so off from the solo partying.

Hmm.. Ok I’ll give it a shot. I normally don’t jerk off more than once every 3-4 days but this last week I’ve been horny as hell lol. Hopefully this resolves it.. I haven’t gained anything from pe, but I certainly don’t want to lose anything!
