Cheap Shockwave

I never had any interest in any of this stuff until now. But today I got a voicemail from my urologist office saying "we now offer Gainwave and PMP injections for our clients who may have ED"

That’s certainly an indication that this stuff is going mainstream.

So to educate myself, I’ll be following this thread as well as the Shockwave DIY thread and blog

BTW - does anyone know what machine (make & model) is the most common for Gainswave, that a Urologist office might use ??

Gainswave is expensive. You can purchase a machine for the price of one gainswave treatment.

Got a brainwave, I use a silicone sleeve to cover the shaft of my penis while pumping. Here is a link Silicon Sleeve Pumping Anyway I thought why not use the same sleeves with these so called ED heads without covers. I also read the link on Dicklimppen’s site suggesting shockwave will work better while taking a low dose of cialis (5 mg). So I did both. The sleeve and the Cialis gave me a fair stiffy. I then used the small round black head on my CCs over the silicone sleeve and was able to operate at P=10 Freq=10 without any discomfort (1000 pulses each side) and it felt good the next day. I used the 15mm head with the cover on my crura. Two days later I did the same with the screwdrver head but upped the number of pulses to 2000 on each of the CC;s. Seems to working fine. Think my EQ is improving.

The silicone sleeve is a great idea. I don’t have a prescription for cialis or any other boner pill so I am sad.

I have been to scared to try the screwdriver head, that thing looks deadly. Can’t even think how to apply it to my penis. Lol

I know we are all experimental penis pounders with these machines, I hope we can come up with an optimal treatment protocol that will work for the majority of guys.

Yeah it did look scary at first. I tried it first without the sleeve but only on the ED setting (P=1, Freq=1) Got a bit of discomfort but no bruising or any long term damage. However the sleeve was a game changer. My real concern is how are we supposed to use it. ATM it is just trial and error. It looks as if it was designed for professional ED use in China. Probably experimental and that is why no one provides a manual showing how it is supposed to be used.

Previously PE and especially dynamic pumping with shelp from Ciailis or viagra has kept me functional. Early days yet but get the feeling there is better blood flow down there when it is not in use and a bit easier to get erect. Should have a better idea whether I am imagining it or not when I have been doing it for 3 months.

I was wrong about my machine not having a temperature display.
It does, I just never bothered to look at the display during treatment. Wish this machine had a real manual. Need a real manual for those ED treatment heads too.

I am thinking of buying some hobby silicone and making some probe covers and sleeves. My idea is use a shot glass as the mold and stick the treatment head into it for a perfect fit. Use your idea and cover the treatment head with Saran wrap first.

Could work. THe main issue I see is if the silicone is too thick you will not get a good ‘shockwave’ effect.

My advice is try a try a silicone sleeve on your shatt. Works great for me. You can get them cheap here https://www.ali express.com/ite … rchweb201603_53

Go for the large size (14 cm x 2.5 cm) and cut length to fit

Are you supposed to use some kind of numbing cream or gel when you DIY this?

Your choice. The dr gave me numbing cream for my gainswave treatments. My dick hated it and turtled up to nothing. I do not use any for my home treatments, and really don’t need it. I think it is available otc at the drugstore, try lidocaine.

I first used ultrasound gel for my home treatments which allowed the application wand to slide around easily. One tube came with my unit. It is very cheap on amazon. I now just use coconut oil.

I am not sure of these things:
1) How often to use it
2) Should I use blue plastic heads or not?
3) Which head to use?
4) What should be frequency settings?
5) What should be Intensity settings?
6) How many ticks for penis?
7) In which regions of penis should it be applied?

I really have no idea and I can’t seem to find a specific guide also. Any tips?

The plastic heads are actually silicone covers. If you use some sort of oil etc on your unit a good idea is to use the covers. Personally I use a silicone sleeve on my shaft and dispense with the covers there but use them elsewhere (around the base and either side of the taint (crura).

I apply it to the CCs (sides of the shaft. around the base and either side of the taint (crura).I avoid the glans and top (worried about nerve damage and the bottom (cannot see the point).
