Choosing The Right Size Of Cable Clamp

Hello everyone,

I have a penis which has a shape of some kind of baseball bat: the girth near the head is 11.45 cm, but the girth near the body is 10.30 cm. Could you help me please to choose the right size of cable clamp. While surfing this website I found that people suggested using medium size clamp, but it was suggested for people with 11+ size. Unfortunately, I have less than 11 cm near my body so I don’t actually know which to choose. Should I start with small rather than medium. If there’s a thread with sizes please provide a link.

M is good size, you can use neoprene cockring or some kind of wrap between clamp and penis. Grip will be tight and strong and really comfortable. Sometimes S is too small and make training session uncomfortable and painful, but all depends from brand of cable clamp.

I think almost everyone uses medium and then let’s the wrap around the attachment point do the rest, so I would start with that. If that doesn’t work then buy the small. When I was looking for advice on what to buy that’s all I could find. Some of the options on Amazon, UK, have multi packs with a few medium and a few small if you wanted to buy both to try it out. All brands of cable clamps seem to use the same size progression:

small: suitable for clamping your thumb, maybe

medium: suitable for most penis enlargement; may be too large for smaller-diameter guys without a thick wrap or flexible cock ring to take up some space

large: suitable for clamping your ankle

I added some strips of self-adhesive rubber to a medium clamp to shrink it down to a more useful size. Shapelock plastic would work, or even stacking layers of masking tape. Most people seem to use a wrap of some sort to increase their shaft diameter, but I find the wrapping process to be annoying, so I chose to modify the clamp instead.

I bought a cable clamp pro a few years back when I first heard of PE but never used it. Used it the other day after a pumping session and I tightened it all the way down. Was really engorged when the clamp popped and broke. For a split second my heart nearly stopped as I thought I hurt myself. Anyways was that the wrong type of clamp or do they sometimes pop?

I saw several times people reported that their clamps popped, so I guess you’re alright and this is a usual thing. I wish they weren’t that expensive in Russia :(

They’re unreasonably expensive in the USA, too. Considering Velcro cable ties are only a few cents each, cable clamps are crazy expensive for their stated purpose.

I’ve had several break, while in use. The key is don’t panic! First time, I did. You just have to keep playing with it it, trying to pull it open with your fingers.
