Whilst learning about different kegel related things I noticed that there is a sort of circular routine you can get into.
I will try to explain this as best I can. Using lay-mans terms cause I can’t remember all the muscle differences right now.

If the anal sphincter is connected to the erection muscle
But, the erection muscle is connected to the abs
And something in the thigh (BC, ball sack one?) is connected anal sphincter

You sort of tense one pair for a while, then focus on tensing the connection with the connected pair and repeat but move on, so it looks something like this.

Ass + erection
Then
Erection + abs
Then
Abs + thigh (kinda erection)
Then
Thigh + ass
Then
Ass + erection

This will complete one rotation of all the paired muscle groups, or so it feels to me.

Does anyone know what I am talking about here?
Have you noticed this type of pairing yourself?

You actually want to focus/train on not having to engage the abs or other muscles.
It helps at first engaging the abs but at some point you will be able to engage the “penis muscles” without much interaction with abs or tighs.

I like to engage the BC msucle and then switch immediately to the IC muscle and repeat. BC pushes blood in through the bottom and IC pushes/holds blood in. It plays out directly beyond and around the penis. I still engage my abs sometimes but try to avoid it.

It doesn’t make sense to me to completely separate the exercises. If we compare sex and sexual EQ, to any other sport, all other sports train by working muscles in pairs or groups.
You might do isolation exercises but you do them in routines that work the important groups for a larger overall benefit.

I will try to add isolation’s into the mix to maximise results though.

I like where you are going with this. Its like the modern shift from isolation bodybuilder style training to crossfit/ functional pattern training.

I would imagine this is a good thread to pull on, would be cool to mark up some anatomy charts.

The point beeing in isolating them is to be able to engage them conciously for what they are usefull for.
With the BC muscle I can easily push blood in while I can hold blood in with an IC kegel.
This is mostly done through focusing towards the front of the pubis and penis. Whenever I engage the anal sphincter while doing bc muscle flexes it feels like it takes away from aiding my erection.
Of course a balanced pelvic floor is good.

I think the “penis muscles” are better compared to facial muscles then arm muscles.

Now I understand your logic more, thank you for explaining.
