Circumcision and PE activities

I know circumcision is a topic that has been discussed many times on this forum. However, I am specifically wanting to hear some feedback from those who have gone through adult circumcision and have success for PE as well. I have read that some folks lost a bit of length due to circumcision.

Lately I am getting really tired of my foreskin. The skin does roll back completely but the folds of skin is preventing me from comfortably wearing my extender for an extended period of time. I have to adjust numerous times to get a perfect fit without the fold of skin gets restricted by the silicon sleeve.

I am also pro “cut” penis look. I am not so hung up on sensitivity as I actually find I have too much arousal whenever the skin rolls back to reveal the glans. It is very annoying when I want a flaccid penis for PE stretch/extender activities etc.

So I would like to hear from those who have gone through adult circumcision and is making progress with PE (or not making progress with PE).
If you have gone through circumcision…

1) Did you choose a tighter or looser foreskin operation? (tight as in no skin covers the glans during flaccid)

2) Is there a surgery that is more advanced and safer?? If so, what is it called?

Please don’t preach me about keeping my foreskin. I have no sentimental attachment with the extra foreskin. It’s only making me angry when I have to deal with the extra skin!!

And.. if you have kept frenulum or not…

1. I didn’t choose. I left it up to the surgeon. It’s neither loose nor tight but somewhere in between. If my flaccid is at full hang, there is no skin over the glans. If it’s a bit turtled, there is.

2. Circumcision has been done for thousands of years. Different surgeons have slightly different methods, but they all work. Its not a difficult, nor a dangerous operation - they will never find a ‘more advanced’ or safer way of doing it than they already have.

I just don’t want to end up with a tight circumcision that ruins my erection because the skin is cut off too much.

I think I am going for either:

LOW / LOOSE (retain less inner foreskin)
HIGH / LOOSE (retain more inner foreskin)

*my gut feeling tells me to go for LOW/LOOSE. I don’t like having too much inner foreskin. It’s so sensitive.

I don’t like the idea of tight cut.
