Collagen and Elasticity

Anyone ever look in to restoring/improving elasticity in tissues? I understand that the main difference between growers and showers is elasticity, but not sure if it is something that can be influenced.

I’d be willing to try a workout/supplement aimed in that direction. I am wondering if lack of elasticity is a cause for stalled gains for some people.
