Combination of ADS, Extender, Pumping best routine?

I have been jelqing for 4 month now and have added a extender but I also want to ad a ADS when I can’t have the extender on. Also, I would like to incorporate pumping every other day. Is this to much PE? Or is there a good routine where I can incorporate the 3 of these. Any ideas or past experience would be much appreciated.

Well, the first question I’d be asking is, are you growing with what you are currently doing? In the last 4 months have there been a measurable increase? Better flaccid hang or increased morning or night wood?

If there is progress, then likely you are on the right track. You’d be better off to leave the pump till you’ve exhausted your manual gains. Trying to do all 3 seems like a lot.
