I am actually in the same boat as you. I watch Mike and how he applies the compression hanger on himself. What gets me incredulous is how once he has the compression hanger on, he will pull on it and all directions. And you can tell that it never moves. And then he nonchalantly puts the weight on the hanger and again, it doesn’t move on him. If I try to pull with my hand on the compression hanger, I feel that the skin drags while my penis inside the skin just doesn’t move at all. And of course, once I put the weight on it immediately drags the skin down to my head and so now I’m resting only on the ridge of my glans all of the pressure built up into my head and so then I can’t do but maybe 2 minutes before I have to re-adjust.
I did reach out to Mike about this and he said that maybe I need to get a larger silicon sleeve and push the thermal bandage further up on the length of my shaft. But even then, it will be same. I just have a little longer when it comes to the skin stretching from the farthest part of my shaft down to my head. And of course if you want to go heavy, it gets even worse. The heavier you go with the weights the quicker the skin drags down to the tip. I can even mimic this with my own hand if I am jelqing. Instead of really feeling the penis stretch, it’s almost like I’m stretching the skin on top. And so I feel like most of my sessions with compression hanger is only me stretching the skin and not doing anything to my actual penis or the stretches that I really need. And you are right, with a vacuum hanger. I feel soreness and tired ache but never with compression hanging.
Raven had to ask questions if I’m doing this right because all I do is get skin irritation versus any penile soreness
